There is guess how many sheets of toilet paper will fit around the pregnant woman. The baby tray full of baby items, you have to name as many as you can after seeing the tray for like a second. The poopy diaper game, where everyone gets a little pink or blue diaper and whoever has the poo gets a prize. There is also the clothes pin game, where everyone gets a clothes pin and when someone crosses their legs you get to take it away. At my sisters baby shower we couldn't close or cross our legs if somebody was found doing that they would make her wear a big pamper and a big pacifier.
Find the booty....I done this for my wifes baby shower, I hid a booty sock, gave everybody a clue, now they have to go find where I put it. The women went crazy over that idea.
Do the clothes pin game. Instead of crossing legs, if anyone uses the words: baby, (the mothers' name), (the father's name), etc. you take a clothes pin away. Good luck. There is also baby bingo or pictionary.
This one is gross but funny. Melt 5 or 6 different types of candy bars each in diaper - and the guests have to guess which poopy diaper is which candy bar.
Someone else did a game where they listed the name of a baby animal and you had to guess the animal. I.e. calf is a baby cow, kid is a baby goat - there are some really tricky ones if you do some research.
This one call for a phone, a doll, clothes pin (the lil pin that you hang your clothes out with, outdoor/indoor) a clothe line. The idea of the game is to hang as many clothing on the line, while you have the baby in one hand and answering the phone, all at the same time. Also have a little child (or someone pretend) tugging at the hem of the garment of the person who is hanging out the clothes. The person that hangs the most clothes on the clothing line is the winner.

the worst are the regular everyday games. some good ideas are having a paper people can fillout for the mother to read for fun. one of them i did was they guess when they thought the baby would come how much in height and weight, what time, and the one thing that all people i think say when babies are first born who's nose do they have. as well as if they dont know the sex the sex they are having.
another cool thing is that if the mother doesnt care you can do wivestales to guess the sex. there are so many one is you put a ring of theirs on a string and if it goes one way its a girl other boy. there are tons of them. another one that is fun is to do baby bingo that way people pay attention to what the gifts are. another cool idea is to have an art project by letting people decorate baby bibs always need tons of them and that way they are personal and its a nice remember the people in youre life idea. hope this helps.
Well, at my baby shower we played this game where we took the baby's name and gave everyone a sheet of paper. Everyone had to see how many words they could make using the letters of the baby's name and whoever got the most got a prize. Then another one was the toilet paper game. You pass around a roll of toilet paper and tell everyone to tear off as many sheets as they'd like. As soon as everyone is done, everyone counts the # of sheets they have and that's how many words of wisdom that person has to give the mommy to be regarding her new arrival and parenting.
Baby food tasting=take the labels off the jars and pass them around for guests to taste or smell to guess what it is.
One pound of rice to 300 safety pins=Mix together,have each guest try to pick out as many safety pins (Blind folded) as possible in a minute. This is not as easy at it sounds :)

Scatter the cotton balls on the floor and the person using only the spoon to scoop up cotton balls and put into the bowl. The one who scoops up the most wins. Game #3 You need 6 empty baby food jars (with labels removed), sugar, salt, baking powder, talcum powder, baking soda and powdered sugar. Fill each jar half way with each of the products. Have each person try to guess the contents. The one who guesses the most correctly wins.
