Im 14 (look like I'm 18) and only attract guys at least 4 years older then me!!!! What do I DO??? Please hel
Question: i am 14 years old. I look like im atleast 16. People have thought i was even 18! I am 5.8 143 pounds and my body is a 18 year old's body. I can only seem to attract guys atlest 3-4 years and up. Yestday i was at the store with my friend and these army guys came up to me and were totally hitting on me until i told them my age. They were atleast 21 years old!!! What DO I DO!!!!!
Answers: My sister went through the same thing, so I am sorry I know how hard it can be from seeing her suffering - but the difference is, she actually did date these 20 and 30 year old guys at that age and basically messed her life up alot. There isn't a lot you can do, trying to dress young and cute will just encourage them. If you were comfortable with it, you could try wearing a wedding or engagement band on your finger, and see if that keeps some of them away, but its not going to keep em all away. Good luck... you are doing the right thing by reaching out for suggestions.
Ignore ALL boys, regardless of age.
Tell them you're a minor. That'll make them scurry away pretty quickly.
Give it time. Eventually your age will catch up with the rest of you. Enjoy the flattery of an older guy.

Try to look your age. I've seen to many girls that make themselves look older these days. Don't eye ball the older guys. Hang out with girls that look their age. :) To help the guys get the reality of it, tell them your jail bait. that'll do it! lol

wear jeans and tshirts that dont show half your body
wear ponytails and braids, not updo's with 5 lbs of gel
take the makeup off and look like YOU (better for your skin anyway)
and ACT your age...play, giggle, ..dont be too serious ...plenty of time for that when you're all grown up..like ..21.
i was that same way at 14 you just need to tell them to back off your only 14.-maybe you will be like me when i was 14 i looked 20 now am 24 and look18
personally i didn't really date until i was out of high school. i mean i dated just not a lot. so really it's no big deal to wait awhile and don't stress it. a lot of times it's not that guys your age aren't attracted to you it's just that they may be intimidated by you and scared to approach you. the older guys (and men) who approach you are just more open or either more mature and that's why it's easy for them to come and approach you. just don't date those older ones they are generally only wanting one thing! maybe you should try approaching guys that are your age instead of waiting around on them to get the balls to come to you.
Stop worrying about attracting ANY guys. You are too young to date anyway.
don't be in such a rush to grow up .... put on the brakes. I know it's hard when you look older (I had the same problem) but just make sure you're not doing the flirting and dressing seductively, too.

It seems as if hormones are changing people's bodies to look older than they really are nowadays. I used to know people who looked a LOT older than they really are. I kind of still know some too.
Anyway, my advice to you is to see what makes them think you are older than you really are besides your height. If you are dressing in clothes that an 18 year old would wear, tone it down and go no older than 15. Also, when you see older guys coming up to you and thinking that you are their age: either walk away or just tell them straight up that you're only 14. (Usually as soon as they find out your age, they'll back away cuz if they are 18 or older than they can get in trouble with the law for being with people who are still minors.)
P.S: Like one lady said about wearing rings and stuff-that's what I used to do. I used to get guys who'd want me to date them and stuff and I would wear diamond rings to keep them away. Dressing your age really helps though cuz as soon as they see the ring is gone they'll hit on you. Sometimes the ring don't even keep guys away.

i think that you should try to see what it is about you that gives off you looking so old and try to hide that as much as possible. it might be the way you carry yourself such as too much makeup or too provocative clothing you know...just try to tone it down...ain't nuthin wrong with looking good but there is a disadvantage for looking too good...this is serious you don't want to grow up before your time...:)

Keep telling them your age and then walk away. I understand about developing early and having an adult body long before you should have one. I didn't date. Flat out, didn't date until I turned 17 because all the guys my age were intimidated by me, and all the guys who were interested were pervs. because I was so young.
