Whats the best way to house visiting in laws?
Question: I was thinking of letting them sleep in a hot air balloon so I could cut them lose when I get tired of them. any other ideas?

Try a mortuary! They'll love it !

If you can afford it - get them a hotel room that's close to where you live so they can come and go as they please.
Remember - sometimes it's just as stressful for them as it is for you.
put em in the attic or the basement of course there is always the drawer and cabinet
