I had a friend for 50 year and now she won't speak to me what can I do?

Question: she stopped talking to me and I have tried everything I'm sorry >>I ahve sent cards e-mails and phoe calls nothing seems to work any help
Answers: There is a reason that she isn't speaking to you and there is a reason that your attempts to smooth things over haven't worked. I get the feeling you know why because you go into NO details.

However, if you have been friends for 50 years, unless this issue is completely unforgivable, forgiveness will come in time. HER time, not YOURS.

Back off your friend. Give her time. If you have wronged her, she has the right to heal. You don't have the right to tell her when that healing should be complete.
i have no iea.......... send her flowers!
sppek with her
umm...leave her alone
what did you do? Pull a Grey's Anatomy. Just keep apologizing until she accepts.
Meet her face to face and demand to know what she feels you did wrong to her. Good luck!
Send her a copy of an idea for her eulogy...that'll get her attention...she will talk to you but I doubt if it will give you the desired effect. (sometimes I have morbid moments..)
be patient... dont give up
You've tried to make amends. The rest is up to her.
Give her some space what ever you did you must of realy hurt she/he feelings ....give them time to heel then try again
just let her sit, don't call or write her for a while. A 50 year friendship doesn't fade easily. Let her see how it might feel if you didn't stay in contact with her....
Maybe her hearing aid cut out and she went blind.
never thought maybe you did something to her, and she isnt able to evver forgive you...find out what u did
it seem that something is in her life that is upsetting with your friend. your friend may have come to the realization that his or her life has not been happy. not your fault. hang in there. a friendship of 50 years is wourth trying to keep. the friend may see that you never gave up on him or her.
