How do u tell a sweet but controling person to back off but not be a jackass?
Question: my friend becky tells me what 2 do and how 2 do something and she is really touch feely. help.
Answers: First of all why are you letting another person dictate your life, she shouldn't back off you should. Becky appears to be being herself and you can't handle it because it's affecting you. Girl get a BACKBONE and let Ms.Becky know that you are not her puppet but her friend and she needs to treat you as such.

well you need to ask yourself if she is really the kind of friend you choose to be with.. i mean we all have friends that we've rather just ignore... and i don't think there's anything bad in that.. sometimes you just have to let go of some friends, just like sometimes you let go of boyfriends and girlfriends.
If you really want to be friends with her still and its just those couple things that bother you, then talk to her. Tell her that it makes you feel like she thinks you don't know whats best for yourself when she tells you what to do and tell her that you're not so comfortable being touched, you need your personal space.
