How can i control my enger?
Question: i losse my temper in very small small thing i dont know what to do ?

Ha....let's start with your anger problem first then we'll work our way to the enger. Just take deep breaths and ignore what is making you angry...ignoring a person will actually make that person more irritated and you will have the upper hand.
Let it slide, nothing's important enough to get all out of control. Start doing some meditition, exercise, sports, punching bag--that sort of thing, and keep your mouth closed, and your hands to yourself.
It's for your own good--the more you lose your temper now, the worse it will get--and you'll wind up doing something you'll regret.

I usually put a leash on my enger when I can't control it. I then take it outside and tie it to a tree until it learns who the boss is!
Seriously...what I do is take a walk. A long walk. I too have problems controlling my anger and it helps a lot.
Humor usually helps. Anything you can laugh about isn't important enough to hit someone over.
Here's something to try. If you get pissed about stuff like someone putting mustard on your hot dog instead of ketchup...make yourself a hot dog, and put mustard on it instead of ketchup. And then you'll see it isn't the end of the world, and maybe then you won't get overly pissed about it anymore.
First take a deep breath, relax, burn some scented candles, and remember that it could be worst. There is someone out there in the world that is dieing from a disease or only has one eye to see out of. Take things slowly, life is too short.
How about trying to play scrambles. Get your spelling right and your ANGER will disappear.
