Why is it so hard for me to commit??
Question: I have talked to several people its like at first I like or even love them. Then after time I want some one new why? why? why?

This is hard to answer without talking to you, but at a wild guess, I would say that perhaps part of the trouble is you. Perhaps your self esteem is low and as a result, you fear that the longer a person knows you, the less they will like you. Perhaps a fear of rejection?
I would begin by taking a realistic look at myself and what I have to offer someone. By realistic, I mean as objective and positive as possible. We all tend to be self-critical instead of seeing and recognizing that wonderful person inside just waiting to be shared.
I feel sure you will make someone very happy.
