If you're 29 and still not married, should you feel old?
Question: Especially if you have no fricken friends left to hang out with because they're all married. I know, I know, I've just posted a bunch of questions about being single and marriage and everything...It must be one of those lonely days... :(
Answers: Hey, hang in there. You shouldn't feel old, but its hard not too. Especially if you have friends and realitives who can make dumb comment about you not be married like I do. I am a little younger than you, (mid-twenties_, but I can relate. My little sis is getting married soon and I am her unmarried Maid of Honor. Frustrating. When I go out with my married friends, I feel so out of place and lonely. Recently, however, I have made a new best friend who is also single. She has introduced me to some friends she has who are not married. One of them is 30 and beautiful, she just hasn't found Mr. Right yet. I think it really helps to know you are not alone. So, when your meeting new people, make sure you don't put all your focus on finding the guy. You should also look for friends to be a sort of support network.
Oh, and don't watch sappy love songs and cheesy romance movies when you have lonely days. Instead, find a good empowerment song. Try blasting You Can't Hurry Love . . . Thats what I do. :-)
No you shouldn't feel old.. You should though find some more friends to hang with if you don't feel comfortable hanging with married couples.Good Luck!
depends on the person actually. Coz for some reason not all person get married just for the sake of getting into a married situation. But it all depends, love takes time and so thus marriage. If you think you are ready and getting old then why not try to focus more on that emotional side of your life. Maybe you've been too busy to focus on your relationship status. But don't rush on things coz your friends are married.

No, unless marriage is something you think is important and is a goal that you feel you must achieve. If you are 29, men can see that you are starting to age, and this will get worse in the next few years. Women wont think you are old, but men will. This is an instinctive thing. They know that a 29 year old woman cant have as many children as a young woman. This is a subconscious thing. It may not make sense, but it will make men percieve that an older woman is not attractive. You need to start thinking about men as future husbands. You need to decide which qualities a man must have and which ones you can do without. When you get to know someone you are dating, you need to ask yourself if this guy is someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. You probabily need to meet alot more men.
