I don't know how to handle my ex (and baby's father)?!?!?!?
Question: Me and him separated about 4-5 months ago but he still calls everyday asking who i'm with what i'm doin if i'm with another man..and all kinds of bull**** i don't know how to stop him
the only reason why i still speak to him is because i need the baby's child support ca$h.

tell him to f* off....if he trys to withold your money, take him to court, its illegal. just make sure that your not doing something that he can take to court saying your an unfit mother, cause then you might lose your baby.
You should be able to just get a direct deposit from his paycheck to your account. You don't even need to speak with him. He is exibiting controlling behavior, and it could turn violent (it's usually the first step). Ask you phone company if you can block his calls. And go on record with the police just in case anything happens. If he continues, get a restraining order. This behavior should not be taken lightly.
Even though both of you are still on speaking terms right now, the best thing to do is go to child support court and have a court order issued for child support to be garnised out of his wages each paycheck and change your number...that way you have secure child support and you don't have to deal with him anymore...
