Have you ever felt bursting out the feelings that you have been concealing for a long time???
Question: was there a time that you want to pour out all your emotions that you have been hiding for a long time now? it happens to me almost all the time. i'm a person who can't speak what's inside me...especially when i get hurt...i dunno..i might be scared..i'm good at keeping real feelings to myself...tongue tied or something??? i dunno..i know this won't do any good...any advise???
Answers: Maybe you should try to meditate. Pray. Write out your emotions. Cry. Listen to some soothing music. Work on speaking your mind(sometimes the other party will get hurt, but hey, that's life) Because if you continue to hold in these negative emotions ,it can cause you to snap/explode in a very negative manner. And, you don't want that. Just work on releasing those emotions a little a t a time .It will all work out for you.
That is you. It is a part of your characteristic's. You will learn of ways to deal with it as you grow. Your probably at an age where you have many different emotions and it is difficult. Hang in there.
yep of course! it happens to everyone. but you should tell that person how you really feel about them because they could like you back and they were just too shy to say anything
Certain situations call for a big mouth. It's good to vent with someone, it definitely relieves a lot of stress and you won't feel like you need to burst all the time!
well from experience
its a no no
ur now like a walking time bomb
and its not cool when u just pour everything on someone that is innocent and is like wft
so u gotta let it out in a way
like a journal or having a true friend to talk to
it maybe hard but its worth it in the end
You sound like my twin emotionally. Same circumstances here.I can't give you any advice as I'm in the same boat. All I can say is good luck and wish you the best for your health's sake.
