Answers: There is a cosmetic surgical procedure called Hymenoplasty which is meant to restore the hymen, but there are only a dozen gynecologists in the United States who are trained to perform the surgery (I don't know about other countries).
The procedure is quite quick, but must be done at least a few months before your wedding night.
