How can i stop thinking about the person i love?
Question: i dont know whats wrong with me but im going crazy i need you girls to tell me whats going on and can you guys help me this is whast going on. ive been with my now wife for the past 3 years and resently i have turned jelous and dont trust her and all ways have her in my mind. i feel like im not happy no more i feel like im doing bad and all im doing is losing her more please help me out thank you have a great day.

Well if you love a person it is impossible for you to stop thinking about him. So my advice for you is to work out whats ever wrong an try to persue with your marriage
that's so sad , the best you can do is being frank with her ,, talk alot , explain her , she will appreciate , ,, try to tell her it's not the way you really are .... and think how to control yourself and think positivly ... good luck
Go for a vacation with your wife and spend most of the time with her. certain insecurities occur just because you love a person more than yourself and afraid of yourself getting hurt. one simple advice, always talk about these little things with your loved ones - you definitely feel better
i actually understand love makes you a bit insecure inside which in return turns you jealous because you think your vunerable an then she has all the power to hurt you .. most likely she snot doing all the horriable stuff to you but in your mind its building defenses so you dont get hurt .. if you have been hurt before that may be the cause forthe thoughts an jealousy inside of your own head .. i get that sometimes an most likely she gets it a little too i bet you to wouldnt have gotten married in the first place its love it makes you jealous..
You should try to trust her regardless because that's what you need in your marriage to survive. A lot of the men I've dated in the past have had little trust in me becuase I'm an attractive female, so I know where you are coming from. But i have never, ever cheated on them, nor have I thought about it. But if you suspect that your wife is doing something to jepordize the marriage, then do something about it and not have it eat you up inside. Good luck!

You would have to talk to her....Tell her how you feel and why......It may be that she is at a stage where wshe wants to experiment or experience the things she didn't when she were younger. If that is the case, you may have to entertain an open relationship, but if you can't handle that....I suggest you leave and find someone with the same desires having shared your experience.
