She is more of a mother to me than my real mom and she's always looking after me and my 3 children, even after separation from her son.
She's not shy to speak up when she doesn't agree with me and I value her opinion. She doesn't hold it against me when I don't heed her advise, either.
Even though my hus wasn't the right one for me, I'm glad I got to know a person like my mother-in law.
I hope I can be like her when my boys get married.(?)

I've been married for almost 6 years and have never even met my mother-in-law!
I just love mine, yes just like she was my own. Its to bad more weren't has lucky as me. I wouldnt change her for the world.

I hate the nosey b*tch. She can't seem to wrap her head around the fact that my husbnd and i aren't made of money and can't give her everything she wants. She brings up crap that my husband did 20 years ago, trying to guilt him into buying her stuff. And my #1 complaint about her...she tells me I'm a bad mom! First I didn't feed my son enough, then it wasn't the right formula, now i feed him too much, and she thinks that i am abandoning him becasue I am thinking about trying to get a part time job....arghhhhh!!!!!
i have not spoken to my husbands' mother in about 3 years, she's one og those judgemental types who thinks she knows better her way is the right way, she even tried to break up my husband and i, he cheated on me and she made best friends with the skank even hung up birthday cards between the two i stopped going over obviously.
