No, specifically adultury is the act of having sex between 1 or 2 married people. While you can probably correctly assume sex is on the agenda, you still do not have hard evidence simply because he is out with another woman. But I am curious what difference it makes?
it would be adultery if you are still trying to work it out and stay married or hes been doing it in the marriage too but if your separated and don't ever want to be bother with him then no because then you both have no intentions on staying with each other and you can move on with your life because he has.
