if i were you i'll find agreat park and i'll do some pretty things ,like: * i'll ask all one my friends to sing somethin'for me and my partner,and i'll make some food in da house and i'll ask my mom and my mom in law to do things for us as a gift(THEY CAN MAKE FOR SURE FOOD BETTER THAN US) and i'll put flowers and small spot lights all over the place,and i'll tell my friends (IF YOU WANTS TO COME YOU SHOULD BRING YOUR TABL AND CHAIRS TO THE PARK)it will not cost you alot of money and it will be as a joke,

You may have a friend or family member that is an excellent cook - see if they wouldn't mind helping you out! You might know a florist who can make you table decorations on the cheap. DIY stores are great for creating random inspirations that are usually very cost effective.
However if you wanted to cut costs even more, I suggest having a small reception, perhaps at your home or your parent's home, and then all you'd really need to hire is tables and chairs (though if you know someone who can ddo that for you too, there's more money saved!)
