I think that is how we all feel sometimes. It goes up and down. Try not to think about it or it will become a fix idea. If of course you don't really have a god reason to leave him, like he is mean to you then you should leave at once. I think you should try to do fun things together and remember why you like this guy in the first place. I'm going true this as well right now but I'm married and I'm not gonna leave him.
