Where should I go for my honeymoon in August for 2 weeks?
Answers: my suggestion is you go to the Philippines and have a nice and good hospitality in our country. I'm sure you will love to come back over an over again. There lots of places were you kind find it romantic, by camping in the most beautiful Mouton in the city, the most beautiful beach in our country, and most of all the most romantic environment during summer especially at night..... see you there.........
Take a cruise!!
Orlando florida at disney world to spend the night!!!
Where do you live? Wouldn't want to suggest your hometown!! Also, what kind of time frame are we talking about and what budget?
an island like Hawaii
Hawaii is cool. Puerto Vallarta Mexico it's warm tropical and beautiful too there are many Places in the continental United States that are great for honey moon too. we went to Hawaii and then when we came back we spent a week in Seattle that was cool too because there is so much to dod and see and it is pretty too. CONGRADULATIONS !!!!
I always thought Norway was pretty. I'm getting married in May and thats where I wanted to go. But sadly Norway is way to expensive. :( So I'm going to the happiest place on earth ....Disney World. Or if you really wanna mix it up, check out the Disney Crusises. That way you can spend some time at the park, and the rest of the time on a cruise! Hope I helped!
I just had a friend come back from Cancun and they loved it.Everything was included in the price they paid up front. They layed around drunk alot of the time b/c the alcohol was already paid for. ...........Hope it's good advice and you do not live there..lol CONGRATS TO YOU AND SOON TO BE WIFE:)
Depends on what you want to do. Do you love beaches, snow skiing, hiking in the woods, marathon shopping, or touring museums? Go someplace with something to do that both of you would love so you can spend time together. Maybe plan for one or two big things to try together: night at the ballet, sky diving, scuba lessons, but otherwise give yourself lots of down time to just enjoy being together as man and wife.
Personally, I would love to hit all the museums in Washington DC, or spend time in Stratford, Canada and see all the shows and browse all the shops.
I see lots of recommendations for tropical destinations; but you are honeymooning in August, you'll melt. I was in New Orleans at the end of May and I thought I would die from the heat and humidity. I was actually standing in the street in tears. Also, August is right in the middle of hurrican season.
Scotland is absolutely gorgeous and the people are wonderful. You can stay in a city or in the country. There are hotels and B&Bs. You can even stay in Castle!! Ireland could be nice too, I've never been, but have heard wonderful things about it. I also loved England.
I suggest Northern California, Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino County. Everyone in Napa is happy. There are tons of Bed and Breakfasts as well as small hotels and resorts. I usually stay at the Roman Hot Springs which is nice but not too expensive. There are plenty of high end places to stay at well, not sure what your budget is. You can also vist San Francisco from the Napa area.
Utah can be really nice, there are tons of National Parks, Canyonlands National Park is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. An Alaskan cruise could be fun if you are interested in things like that. If you're nature lovers you could rent a mountain cabin somewhere. There are tons of resorts in the Poconos and NY mountains.
Good Luck.
