I'm sure people can amp up the romance.. do everything they can to make that person feel like they were the only human on earth and when they ensnare them, go back to being themselves and make the other person wonder WTF just happened.... but why do that to someone?

The secret to it is that there is no secret. You can't make a man fall in love with you and you definitely can't get them to ask you to mary them. I know alot of guys who are in love with their woman who never want to get married. If it happens then it happens, but if you are too despret for it to happen then it never will. Give it time. I was only 19 when I married. Some women are much older.
