What are orthodix weddings like?

Question: can you please give m a description or the differences with catholic weddings?
Answers: For me the most outstanding part of an Orthodox wedding is when crowns are placed on the bride and groom's head. These crowns symbolize the union. These crowns are linked by a ribbon. Once the ceremony is almost over the best man holds the ribbon and following the priest the bride and groom and the best man walk in circle together. This symbolizes their first walk together as a married couple. There is alot more to the ceremony - your best bet is to speak to an Orthodox priest about it.
Pretty orthodox...the spell check function on this page is really cool...you should try it some time.
It's spelled Orthodox, dummy. Orthodix marriages have a totally different connotations, if you know what I mean although I strongly doubt that you do!!!
There are no vows in the Orthodox ceremony, unlike the Catholic.. There are symbolic activities, like the wearing of crowns, walking around a table three times and other things.. I am orthodox but i havent gotten married yet - planning to soon!! :) Here is a link for more information.
